Please Note - Temporary Change to Lobby Hours
Indiana County Municipal Services Authority will temporarily be changing our lobby hours effective Monday, September 21st, 2026. Beginning this date, the lobby will be open to walk-in customers between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Although the lobby will close at 1:30 p.m., our office will remain open and our staff will be available by phone until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This temporary change is necessary as we work through employee transitions and retirements while training new members of our team. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure our new staff are properly trained and prepared to continue providing you with the level of service you expect.
