The ICMSA Office will be closed on Monday, January 26th, 2026, due to inclement weather. The office will reopen Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Emergency calls will still be answered by calling 724-349-6640. The answering service will not be able to answer general or billing questions.

Next week's weather forecast is predicted to dop into single, or even below zero, temperatures. Temperatures this low can cause frozen pipes in your home. Some of the best ways to prevent frozen pipes in the winter are to: Insulate exposed pipes with foam pipe insulation or heat tape. Keep your home temperature above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If pipes run inside cabinets or vanities, on or near exterior walls, open the cabinet doors to allow warmer room air to circulate around the pipes. When temperatures stay below freezing, keep water moving through the pipes by allowing a small trickle of water to run.

ICMSA is implementing VOLUNTARY restrictions on non-essential water use; i.e. car or building washing and filling swimming pools. Watering lawns / gardens should be limited to once or twice a week. Please also voluntarily reduce water usage as much as possible. ICMSA is seeking a 10% reduction through voluntary conservation measures. Thank you for your cooperation and responsible water use during the current dry conditions.
