Request Service

To request service, please proceed as follows:

Contact our office by phone at 724-349-6640 or by e-mail at customercare@icomsa.org. Our office staff will be able to provide you the information needed to complete the Request for Service Form, such as account number and service(s) provided at that location. They can also take payment over the phone for the security deposit and schedule an appointment to have services turned on. (Someone must be present when water is turned on.)

Please note that service cannot be established in your name until the completed Request for Service and complete payment of the Security Deposit are received here at our office and an appointment has been scheduled to have your service turned on.
