Pay My Bill

Online:

We offer online bill payments.

There is a service fee of $2.50 for payments of $85.00 and under and payments of $85.01 and higher are at 2.95% of the transaction amount with debit/credit cards.

Over the phone:

We accept debit/credit card payments over the phone during normal business hours.

At our office during business hours:

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and debit/credit cards at our office during normal business hours.

At our office after business hours:

We have a locked drop box to the right of our front door for your convenience after normal business hours.

Please do not put cash in the drop box and be sure to include your name, address, and account number with your payment to be sure that the payment gets applied to the correct account.

Automatic Bill Payment:

ICMSA is pleased to announce that we now offer Automatic Bill Payment Service.

If you enroll in the automatic bill payment service, you will still receive your paper bill each month. Your balance due will be deducted on your due date from an account that you designate. There is no fee for this service. If you are interested in enrolling in Automatic Bill Pay, please fill out the “Authorization Agreement for Origination of ACH Entries”. Please attach a voided blank check to the form, and return the completed form to our office at ICMSA, 602 Kolter Drive, Indiana, PA 15701.

Please allow sufficient time for the change to be processed. Once the ACH has been set up, you will see a message on your bill stating that the balance due will be deducted from your account on a specified date.
