Unusual wooden and painted pedestal depicting a Moor wearing a printed shirt and turban. In his left hand, he holds a bunch of grapes, and in his right, a flower. On his head, he bears a tray with a black, gilded surface, resting on a foliate foot. Beneath the gold, intricate patterns of colorful flowers can be seen. This piece is in the Venetian style of the 18th century.
