Franklin-Christoph Model 02 Intrinsic Fountain Pen, Medium Nib (#6), Solid Emerald

The Model 02 fountain pen is one of our long time flagship models with signature features. The center barrel is tapered, so that the cap posts deeply. The elegant classic black is set off with a finial that is inspired by the stained glass of a cathedral, hence its name. The Model 02 can be used with an international standard cartridge, a piston converter, or as an eyedropper (barrel holds approximately 3.8mL of ink as an eyedropper).

• MATERIAL: Made of long lasting, durable hard acrylic that is lightweight.
• KEY DESIGN FEATURE: Designed for writing balance with or without the cap posted.
• NIB: Includes a #6 size factory nib (medium) made of high performance steel which is more like gold today than most nibs you'll find through pen history. They are still firmer, but have the same iridium tipping.
• CLIP: The clip is made of brass with rhodium plating and the laser-etched four diamond motif.
