UPDATE - August 2, 2019 - FOR CUSTOMERS OF THE ICMSA CROOKED CREEK WATER SYSTEM: Important update and information concerning our water sample taken on July 16, 2019. This sample was taken and reported to DEP as a required compliance sample for arsenic for the third quarter of 2019. The laboratory analytical test results of that sample indicated a "non-detect" or (0) zero for this contaminant. All quality control laboratory samples performed in the months of mid April, May, June, and July, have also shown similar results of a "non-detect" or (0) zero for this contaminant. Please be assured that all water samples are received and tested by a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Certified Accredited Laboratory. All previous tests performed between 2008 and 2018 have shown similar results of a "non-detect".
ICMSA and its employees take drinking water quality and standards very seriously. ICMSA will continue to monitor water quality quarterly to ensure high quality, safe water for our customers. Please be assured our top priority is to ensure that our potable water supply is in compliance with all EPA and DEP standards for safe drinking water. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
If you have any general questions about water quality, please contact our Water Quality Supervisor at 724-349-6640.

Report Illegal Fire Hydrant Use
The use of fire hydrants by anyone other than ICMSA employees or your local fire department is a misdemeanor of the third degree, subject to fines and punishable by up to a year in jail. Besides the costs to replace the water, which are passed onto the customers, broken hydrant fixtures may prevent fire personnel from saving your property during a fire emergency. Please report any suspicious use of fire hydrants to ICMSA immediately. Please call 724-349-6640 to report use during business hours or after hours, or email email@example.com.
