ICMSA has partnered with National Water Specialties Company (NAWSC) to establish an efficient cross-connection backflow prevention program in an effort to ensure that our water systems are compliant, and remain compliant, with US EPA and PA DEP regulations and mandates in this area.
What is a Cross-Connection Control Program?
The purpose of a cross-connection control program is to protect the public potable water supply from the possibility of contamination or pollution by isolating, within its customers’ internal distribution system, containments or pollutants which could backflow or back siphon into the public water system.
ICMSA is committed to protecting our drinking water quality and is working to prevent this problem by reducing the potential for backflow incidents to occur.
Please contact NAWSC at 844-605-5213 or NAWSC.net for more information about cross-connection at your home or business.
